2. How to Return a Product

To initiate a return:

3. Refund Process

Once we receive the returned product and verify its condition:

  • We will process the refund within 7-10 business days.
  • The refund will be credited to the original payment method or as a store credit (if requested).
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable, and any return shipping costs will be borne by the customer, unless the return is due to a defect or damage caused by us.
